What are some of the best ways to slim your legs down? I carry most of my weight in my legs (thighs/butt.)
I don't want to make my legs any bigger. Would doing the weight machines (seated leg press, etc) help slim my legs or just build muscle and enlarge my legs?

What are your experiences? Good or bad?

    1. Lose weight by eating less calories than you burn
    2. Repeat #1 until desired results achieved

    Squats, cardio, calorie deficit. It's extremely difficult for women to build muscle, since they lack one of the largest muscle building factors. Testosterone:)
