Weight loss is easier when you have support surrounding you! My name is Kate and I DO NOT get support at home. Don't get me wrong, I love my guys and family but they are NOT good dietary influences on me. I began MFFP last winter. Though I have not lost much weight I do realize that I have to step it up. I I have begun to notice patterns that cause me to hover (losing and gaining the same 5 pounds over and over and over again). I have decided to take this a step further. I recently decided to post my daily logins for my friends to see- the good, the bad, and the ugly. By doing this I feel as I have some sense of accountability (to myself and others). I am looking for others who would like to do the same thing and be supportive. There is strength in numbers, we WILL get there together =) Please feel free to add me as a friend =)
Cheers,
Kate

I'm not one of those that will look at diaries. I have taken a peek on occasion, but I don't really as a rule comment on what people eat or tell them they need to get back to it if they go over. However, I will talk about practical solutions to problems. Like for example you like Taco Bell, no need to give that up altogether (unless it's a trigger), there are Cantina bowls for example that can come in under 500 calories. It's a process. It's taken me decades to understand that starving to lose is counter productive and that making a modest deficit works better than a massive one.

Feel free to add me. I don't nose around in people's diaries that often (I work 12 hours a day, six days a week, so I just don't have the time), but I do keep up with people's posts about losses and exercise, and I am dilligent about tracking my own habits.
