I have been walking with Leslie since late January. That is my daily exercise. Along with eating healthier and controlling portion size it's how I've lost 37lbs. I like that it is easy to follow. Good luck.0

Leslie! She's just the right amount of perky for me!
I started with her WATP series 11 months ago when I first started my journey and still use her DVDs in my workout rotation. My two favorites are Walk & Kick and Muscle Mile One.
A question for you guys....has anyone else done Muscle Mile One? Since it uses hand weights how should it be logged: aerobics, walking, strength training or what? It seems to me like it's a mixed workout!0
