Im am a full time career woman, who is determined to lose 10 lbs by my birthday ( 8/19)
I am planning to activate my calorie burn every single day. But I really can use the motivation especially in thoughs days when I am on my feet 8.5 hours a day.
If your busy in your carreer or a full time student, or even a full time mom, I want to support you too!!
I have less then two months to lise 10 lbs. my MFP please help me !! And in turn I can help you as well....
