All you need to know is you can do it. You can do it. That is a fact.
Strangely the fact exists whether you believe it or not and this is the opposite of what motivational books say. They will say "If you believe it, you can do it." However we all gain weight because of eating more and moving less, not rocket science. So you can do it.
I find the tracker really great. Drink lots of water. Don't get dispondent if the weight doesn't fall off straight away. It takes a few weeks for your body to adjust so stick with it. Do small amounts of exercise first.
