New to this!

Hey guys, I'm new to this app and forum so thought I'd say hello and get involved , I currently weigh in just short of 15 stone, whilst most of me is in oksy shape, I'm a 25 year old who had developed a bit of a beer gut over the uni years! My aim is to lose the gut, so weight loss, but then also to tone up and add some muscle!
Any tips to help me get started?

    Hello! Good work in making the first move with making a post. It sounds like you need to get a good plan orientated around exercise and food. If you need help I'm allocating a couple of hours each day to help a few people from this board to lose the weight they struggle to shape off. Add me
