Let the games begin!

Good day! I am ready to crush it! Just started my program last Monday and looking for others to connect/motivate/encourage along the way. Let's do this thing! Here are my specific goals:
1) 170 pounds by end of year - (I should be able to make a gigantic dent and get very close by my 47th birthday which is September 4th)
2) Ripped abs (at least a 6 pack - ideally 9 pack)
3) Be able to run/jog for 2 hours straight
4) Be able to run/jog for 15 miles or more
5) Create a specific/clear routine which can be interchangeable as I grow/mature into my 50's and beyond
6) Help at least one other person meet their goals during this same period of time
7) Be able to make love to my girlfriend all night long just like I did when I was in my teens - with very few breaks!
