Stomach capacity

Hi,
I have expanded my stomach like a competitive eater. Over several months I have eaten pounds of vegetables and lean meat. In the beginning I felt incredible stomach pains from all the food I consumed. Slowly after some weeks I didn't feel a thing no matter how big the portions got! I haven't gained a pound (because of the low calorie food choices and my exercise), but now I cannot feel full!!. This has ruined my life. Can I ever get back to normal again?

Yes, your stomach can shrink again. Most of the information available states this can take quite a bit longer than stretching it out in the 1st place. Limit the volume at individual sittings, and give it time.0
