What is "Loading"?

I am looking at protein powders, creatine, etc and some of the labels say no loading req'd. what is that referring to?

It means taking more than the recommended amount. EX: Take 20g of Creatine to "Saturate" the muscles while the normal serving is 5g. Read the examine.com link I posted in your other thread about the Creatine Q&A. Loading isn't necessary.0 -
