I saw an ad for Chris Powell's Protein Waffles and realized it was time to get back to it.
Grief and unhappiness at work caused a lot of stress eating-- changed jobs in March-- so happy and have a fresh start, outlook on life! Work drama and losing your best (male) friend in a car accident will take their toll-- in the form of pastries, frapuccinos, etc.
I am on Match.com, training, saving money and feeling super on top of it all!
Not sure where my goals are headed from here...but could use some meal ideas and some inspiration for both my mama and I (she just went on cholesterol meds, she's focusing in on weight loss, too)
I am like 136....137....any ideas on what my goal should be?
