Paleo and Weight Training

Anyone? Hello?
I'm going on close to day 60 of Paleo (whoohoo!) and I have been doing weight training 3x a week. I switch weekly, arms one week and legs the other.
I've been losing weight consistently. I'd like to connect with others who are Paleo and also weight train. What is your favorite go to before and after workout snacks? How much protein do you consume on a daily basis?
