hello!

i guess i signed up for this a while ago and really wasn't aware of what a useful tool this can be. then i saw the link on an fb post and when i tried to sign up i was informed i had already signed up. so for the last few days i have been busily entering in workouts and foods and recipes. weight loss has been a struggle for sometime now and i think being more concious of what i'm eating will help. exercise is already a well loved habit. but i may increase there too. thanks, jen
