Hi. Looking to get healthy

Hi, my name is Tina and I have been using MyFitnessPal for 2 weeks now and I have lost 7.4 pounds. I am severely overweight and although I know it will take a long time, my ultimate goal is to lose 150 pounds. Little steps at a time. I find MyFitnessPal easy to use and very helpful.
