I've been dieting since October and lost 2 and a half stone.
My top half is doing really well but the thunder thighs are not Budging !!

I've got another 3 stone to go and I know they will get smaller in time but I'm worried I'll end up slim on top with a massive butt and thighs! (My best friend had told me she doesn't think my butt will go lol)

Any advice on different exercises I can do to help - I do leg work
At least once a week along with running and spinning

Thanks in advance !!

I have a similar shape - larger thighs/butt in proportion to the rest of my body - and some things you just can't change. Took me a while to be okay with that! I'm sure you will lose some inches and they will appear more toned but there is no way to "target" certain areas. Accept your curves, they are what make you, you ;)

Big butts are in! I wish that was where I carried my weight (well I would take some in my boobs too)

Genetics dictate here. You can only do as much as your genetics allow unless you use some other "enhancement" (EX: lipo) methods.

I lovingly describe my thighs as "stumpy tree-trunk thighs." They will always be that way. Genetics. And I have learned to love my legs. They take me on incredible hikes and get me wherever else I want to go. They are strong and healthy and I am happiest about that above all. I do sometimes sigh and wish I had long, willowy model legs that looked incredible in mini-skirts...but I won't. Oh well.

I have been using the fluidity bar. It is a great work out. I have lg thighs and butt, this work out has helped me shed inches and firm up. I like be it.
