First milestone in 9 weeks, what difference can I expect to see?

Hey people!

First time using this forum, well first time ever using a forum!!

I've always been hit and miss the gym/food. I'd Eat/workout well for 2-3weeks, then we'd go to my Mrs parents for a weekend and it'll disturb the routine and then I find it hard to get back into it.

Well I'm now going full on with this! My first milestone is in 9 weeks (going away to Mexico) I weigh 16st10lbs, I don't look fat but I'd say I'm chunky..how much can I expect to lose on a struck diet and gym (going 4-5 times a week)

Any advise on food to eat as well?

    If you eat well and train hard you could probably lose close to a stone in nine weeks
