Hi all... I was checking out my nutrients over the past several days and I'm low in two consistent areas... Potassium and fiber. Any suggestions on easy ways to add these to my diet?

Google for foods that are high in them and pick some you like. Then just eat more of those foods.
They sell fiber pills, too. Personally, I think that if I can get it by eating it, I'm not spending money on pills, but a lot of people use them and are successful!!0 -
Thanks. Should have just done that instead of come here! <facepalm>0

Don't forget that most manufacturers do not list potassium on their labels so it doesn't get added to your percentage.
Most of us get more than enough potassium. It's just annoying not to see that reflected in our diary.0 -
More veggies.... Plain and simple.0
