I am going to make a homemade batch of italian breadcrumbs with a loaf of sour dough. I have no idea how I am going to figure out the calories for this. Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi, I was wondering the same,not about the italian breadcrumbs though haha,but to calories in homemade food and well, turns out there is a Recipe section on the Food tab on MFP and you can enter the stuff there, how cool is that?
