Finding Motivation Within

My fitness journey is long and complicated... but the latter part is because my doctor told me I need to lose weight. It's been 14 days and I'm down 13 pounds. The only exercise I've done is walking, and the rest is done through proper macronutrient manipulation. I eat tasty food every day and I'm never hungry. With proper education and a bit of determination, once you start seeing results the motivation will come on its own, and it will stay. If I can do it,.anyone can do it!
