Determined to drop 50lbs and keep it off!

Hi!
Been yo-yoing for some years and ready to drop the weight and keep it off!
Consistency is key! So....trying to stay consistent :-)
Has anyone been on this journey and care to share?

    Howdy! Crystal, I know exactly where you're coming from with the 'yo-yoing', but continue to stay focused on your motives and goals and let nothing discourage you from achieving them!

    I, myself, have been on this weight-loss journey for quite some time but my troubles lie in my inability to stay consistent and willingness to push forward after losing a certain amount of weight. My newest endevour has me constantly trying to view content of motivation on Youtube or wherever and keep positive people with similar vision around so I can get this stuff off!

    We'll see how this goes...

    I can relate but, you are further along on your journey and will experience this effort totally different than you have before...It will not be the same because you are simply further along the road than you have tried this before.

    RSD-thx! That was helpful. Also find myself doing the same.....seeing a weight goal come to pass and ease off the workouts and healthy eating....
    This go around, I'm taking note of my history and going to press forward!
    I believe we can do this!
