Hoping to find motivation

So I'm not new to fitness, I think I'm in pretty decent shape at the moment actually. However my goal has always been to get that 'ripped' look. I did some homework and found I eat way to much for my goal! (Healthy food, but way to much of it. I'm hoping that using MFP along with motivation from other users will keep me on track.

I'm 24 years old and my goal is to lose body fat while maintaining or even gaining muscle. And while I'm at it I may as well work on getting back into some distance running.
