Chewable multivitamins. Take a separate one for Vitamin D too. They taste like candy so they are good for those pesky sugar cravings.0

I take one or 2 'Flintstones Children's Gummy Vitamins'..and try hard to get most of my vitamins by choosing healthier food. At least, that works for me.0

I take vitamin D because I'm pale, live far north, and wear a lot of sunscreen whenever I go out. Mostly, unless you have a specific deficiency (as tested by a doctor) you don't need any supplements. That said, getting bloodwork done to look for deficiencies can be a great help since many deficiencies can affect cravings, mood, etc and could in theory get in the way of weight loss. No supplement is a magic bullet that will make the pounds fall away, but knowing what your body needs and making sure it's getting those things will go a long way towards making dieting easier.0
