What causes a change of calorie intake / appetite?

When I starting bulking back in February, I was able to eat over 2000 calories within my first 3 hours of waking up (breakfast / lunch were each about 1k calories), and this made reaching my goal a breeze (~3k calories/day), as the rest of the day I could eat tinier meals and didn't have to do much planning.
I kept this up for about 2 months, and I managed to gain 20 lbs.
My workouts also increased in both intensity and frequency and I had been making gains (at least according to trainers).
However, come May, I suddenly started to lose my appetite, and I struggle to reach even 2000 calories these days. Consequently my weight has stopped increasing.
I am wondering what could have caused this change? For example, a few months ago I could easily wolf down two half pound burgers one after the other, and I would still be hungry. These days, I struggle to even finish a single burger.

not sure, as I have never ever had this problem..
you might want to go to a doctor and get checked up on ….as loss of appetite can signal other issues.0
