Chicken Kiev - but different

So I had a chicken Kiev for lunch (which is kinda like a chicken schnitzel that has been stuffed with garlic butter. Also, smaller than a schnitzel), but I basically scraped out all the garlic butter filling (most of it, anyway). How would you recommend counting this? I've just put it in my diary as the whole Kiev, because I did get some of the filling, but there was about 2 tbsp of garlic butter that wasn't eaten. Any recommendations?

I'm sorry, but WHY would you scrape the filling out of a chicken kiev?!
I'd either do like 3/4 of the kiev, or find the calories for chicken schnitzel and add the garlic butter separately.0
