Did you try TDEE and have it not work?

Hi everyone,

I am feeling really defeated right now because TDEE isn't working for me any more. It worked for awhile and I lost about 5 pounds but in the last three weeks I have gained 2 pounds back. I still work out everyday and nothing in my diet has changed. I raised my TDEE to -15% several days ago and I have continued to gain. I was hoping that changing it since I was getting closer to my goal would help but it's gotten worse. I was really successful losing most of my weight eating 1200 calories a day so I'm wondering if the TDEE method just isn't for me. Did anyone else try and fail? My clothes are getting tighter and I'm just so sick of eating what I'm supposed to and actually gaining. It's very upsetting.
