I'm 47 years old with 2 teenagers. Single mom during the week because hubby works out of town so it's up to me and the kids to get everything that needs done while he is gone. This makes it difficult to lose weight or to find time for myself. I have always had to watch my weight. I need to lose about 50 pounds. I'm a stress eater. I also have P.O.S. (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and had to have fertility drugs and procedures to have my children which complicates losing the weight with that condition. I have been using this for about 2 months calculating my calories and trying to exercise either in the local pool or walking. I have lost alittle but not much. I'm getting ready to go to police academy for training because I work at a prison but I'm not an officer, it is required that all employees even secretaries be trained so I've been trying to gear up. Any words of encouragement would be appreciate if anyone would like to buddy up on this journey with me. Thanks.
