Buy fresh fruit and veggies at a local walmart and don't eat out every day. You can perfectly get by on apples, cherries, nuts, cheese, and sandwiches, and you'll save calories and money this way. Get a roasted chicken if you crave something hot.

Disney refuses to release nutrition info, so if you're able to leave, eat elsewhere when you can.

If everyone else wants to eat in the parks, though, you're stuck. Suck it up and eat the magical food. You can lose it later.

Try not to think about how much you're gaining. Try to have some fun.

Bring as many shoes as your suitcase can hold. It rains a lot in Florida in the summer and sometimes the water gets ankle-deep in those parks.
