You'll feel better if you stick with it

I've had several mornings in the past two weeks where I felt I was dragging my feet and would hear my brain come up with reasons why I should skip my routine. I never have. Even if I felt lousy doing it, I felt better knowing that I tried. Even a lousy workout is better than no workout. You have to realize that every bit helps. And you have to remind yourself what you want to look and feel like when you finally get there. Remind yourself of your future upgrade when you feel like turning the other way. If you happen to fall, pick yourself back up! It is no use to remain on the ground sulking in guilt and quitting because you've realized you're not perfect. You're not. No one is. Tho with some patience, one day at a time, you can meet that image in your mind physically. You can do this. Just keep it up!
