Any particular reason you're following Dr. Atkin's plan?

Congrats on your wedding kikiboniki. I am on Atkins now basically so let me know if you have questions. The induction phase is very strict but you can drop weight fast. A lady as small as you might not drop as fast but you should shed a few.

Hi! I am getting married too (in a week!!!). Do what you want, BUT, I thought I would share my experience with induction.

I had a REALLY rough time when I tried it several years ago (in college). My body hated it and I had zero energy. If that happens to you, it will be really hard as you are leading up to your wedding! I ended up not doing the program and have had TONS of success with CICO and eating well (51 pounds down). The best thing (for me, maybe for some other people), with three weeks to go, is drink tons of water, don't go crazy with carbs, and try and get some exercise. I bloat like a fish if I am not careful, and just doing these things helps me keep my water weight under control and helps to flatten my stomach. Depending on if you are just starting, you can lose 5-10 pounds just from water weight.
