Hello!
I joined a gym about a month ago and have been pretty much every day since and have lost two inches from my waist, three from my hips and am feeling tighter. However, when I started my endurance for cardio was shocking...I struggled for ten minutes on the elliptical! Then I found the stationary bike machine and fell in love. I set a goal to hit 200 miles by the first of July...and here I am today, having hit 252 six days early! Having never been fit in my life, I thought I'd always stay that way...but now I feel on top of the world. Put the work in, fuel yourself properly and enough, track your progress and you will see the results soon enough! :-)

Honestly those little jumps forward in fitness are what has kept me going this whole time. The scale is my ultimate frenemy but being able to do a deep squat never lets me down lol. Well done you!!!0
