Im back again!

Hey everyone! I'm new (again). I've used MFP before and had great success with it. Lost about 20 lbs. Unfortunately, I gained that back and then some. I currently have a little over 50 lbs to lose. I'm somewhat active. I love to play sports, it's my portion control that I have problems with, and my snacking. So I figured, why not go back to using what I saw success with the first time?
