Fitness Logging Advice

Hello friends,

So I really love this Walk at Home video for my exercises. There are different videos that can give your legs, arms, or middle a little more of a boost, but in general they all have 4 basics steps including knee lifts, side steps, kick backs. I hold weights while I do it as well. Other videos incorporate squats and arm movements. It is almost like aerobics?

my questions is: should i continue to let my Fitbit log my activity? Or should I be doing something different? I just like to know how i am doing and see my workout as an encouragement, not so that I can necessarily eat more calories.
