I am so freaking hungry today! I haven't slept well in the past week, I can't work out due to an injury (well I do easy mat pilates work but that's far from my usual calorie burn) so I reduced my calorie intake accordingly... Plus, my hormones are acting up as TOM is coming... So I'm ravenous!! I already overdid my intake by 500 calories today, and I'm still craving popcorn...

Yummy, delicious popcorn.

Part of me wants me to hold back since I'm already over, but the other part thinks that since I've already screwed the day, I might as well just have the damned bowl of popcorn, be happy about it and do better tomorrow.

Talk me out of it?

I want to overeat also but I keep reminding myself how I felt 3 yrs ago 45 pounds heavier. Miserable, no self respect. Had nothing to wear. Felt overall bad about myself. Feeling fit does feel good. Enough is enough. We get enough food, just think we are entitled to more, like a brat. Anyway that is how I feel.

What do you mean by "reduced my calorie intake?

That might be why you are hungry.

Well I usually eat back some exercise calories and now I'm not exercising so I adjusted intake accordingly, but my net calories remain the same in the end.
