Help with MFP

i use the MapMyRun app and I have it synced to MFP. Normally, when I run, MFP uploads the calories burned from MMR. Today, it uploaded it but also counted the steps I took and added even more calories burned. How do I change this. I usually burn between 300-400 but today it has me at 593, which is impossible. How do I fix this?

Why do you think it's incorrect? Only eat back a portion of the calories.0

I think it's incorrect because I've been doing about the same exercise for 18 days...wAlking/running 3 miles, so why today did my calories burned jump up so much.0

I've heard mixed reviews, most of them bad, about MapMyRun.0

This happens to me with Runtastic sometimes, but if you give it some time it should delete those steps in a few hours once it syncs and figures it out. If it doesn't you can delete all of your steps for the day in your exercise diary, or just ignore them and not eat them.0

Thanks guys for answering. I have had frustrations with MMR. I've started workout and when I'm done, it never logged anything. So, I might try to find a different app.0
