HI! Well I am on a 9 day log in streak and finding it so hard to really feel like I am accomplishing anything yet. I would love to have a couple of great accountability/support friends to encourage me along and would love to help be that for someone else. I am 51 and happily married, live a hectic lifestyle (who doesn't) and learning to deal with extreme fibromyalgia. I have 35 lbs. to lose but most importantly I just want to be healthy and control this painful stuff of fibro! I do find that avoiding certain foods in my diet helps but that is no guarantee. Looking to learn how to make better use of these boards and groups, and learn better health habits for life! Hopefully there are some new friends out there that I can connect with!! :)

Hi! I am nearly 2 weeks in and although I don't feel like I've accomplished a whole lot yet, I still have the drive to keep going.
I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and I deal with chronic pain. My goal is to just be healthy and loose the weight that I gained on Lyrica :/ (and I'll just put that behind me!haha)
and, just to be as healthy and happy as I can.

I'm not the best at keeping up but I'm like you I just want to be healthier. I'm 52 single mom of 2 grown kids and am going to do this for myself. I've lost 5lbs so far and I know your on your way also. :) I'm willing to share the ups and downs.
