Hi! My name is Shi. I live in Northern Illinois.

I am new to using the app. I had my last child 2 years ago and have been really struggling to shed the pounds this time around. I am hoping that using this app will help me to pay closer attention to my diet and help me figure out how to work towards a more fit me. Ideally, I would love to shed about 40-50 pounds to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight BEFORE mg first hcild. At this point and time, I will be happy to lose 20 and keep it off.
I have noticed in the few days I have used the app that I am already making better food choices because I want to keep from going over my calories allowed. Any pointers you mag have woukd be great.
