Looking at your diary you are way under eating as it is with the amount of exercise you are doing. Enjoy the burger and throw in the chips your body could probably use it. You're definitely not going to gain weight from them.0

Thank you all for the advice and especially those who took time to look at my diary. I am a control freak when it comes to my food and calories so something like this messes that control up! I spread my lunch and afternoon snack so I am not starving by the time I get home from work. So even though lunch is 200 calories I usually have 100 calorie green smoothie about 2 hours later.
I like the idea of having a maintenance day. I should be able to do that with 1750 calories plus I will do some extra cardio tonight. Many of you said to skip the cookie but these are my most favorite cookies in the world and it's not likely I will resist having one! I do plan on only having half of one though.
So far I have cut my breakfast calories to 136 and I'll cut out my snacks today too. If I do this Ishould not need to go over maintenance calories. I feel good about having a plan. As much weight as I've lost I should be a pro at getting through days like today. But I am not. Obviously.0 -
You should totally eat the whole cookie if it is your favorite. I promise that 6 months from now you are not going to look back and regret that one cookie.0
