I'm Kirsten I just turned 40 and would like a few friends on here for motivation + exchanging ideas. I have lost 2 stone but seem to be stuck at the moment...

    Hi Kirsten, I have just turned 67 and I am Scottish. Have been living in Lincoln, Lincolnshire for the past 33 years. It is quieter here than Glasgow!
