Under Calories, what to do?

Hi, so today I decided to stay away from processed foods and eat natural foods all day. Only now it's 10pm (I'm in Beijing) and I have only eaten 946 calories... I'm not even hungry though because I feel like I have been eating all day. I ate almonds, blueberries, a can of tuna, a cucumber, half a red bell pepper, fresh lemon juice in water, cherries, a bit of banana, two servings of homemade chicken soup with chicken, celery, carrots, onions and noodle, and crackers. Is it okay to only eat this many calories if I am eating enough food to fill me up?

Some days are going to be like that. I wouldn't do it every day or you run the risk of slowing your metabolism down.0

As long as you honestly aren't hungry, eating like that every now and then is okay. There's no point forcing yourself to eat! But like mentioned above, you wouldn't want to do that all the time, because your body may go into starvation mode..0

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. You may wake up tomorrow, hungry, and eat more. It would then, balance out.0

For one day, not a big problem...but don't make a habit of it. Your body needs nutrition, even and especially when you're losing. Eat a little more calorie dense foods...nuts, cheese, avocados, even a little dark chocolate.0
