Have lost 9 pounds in two months but seem to be stuck there.
Don't want to starve but should lose another 8 to 10 pounds.

Do you really need to lose more? If so you may want to increase your activity ! Your food diary is closed so I can't give a suggestion there. I am still trying to get it right but joint problems limit me. Good luck/Cindy0

I don't know how make diary open.
To get BMI under 25, I need to lose 10 to 12 more.
I am walking a lot and going over 10000 steps most days. No joint issues here - that would make it difficult.
I am still eating whatever I want but counting calories and trying to limit it to 1500.0
