Should i finish my turbofire

So i've been doing turbo fire for a month now. The workout is great energetic an i love it. But i just got chalean extreme and was thinking about mixing things up and doing the turbofire / chalean extreme hybrid.

I doubtful though, im not sure if just completing the turbofire program would be best then do the hybrid. you know give each program their individual attention.

Whats your advice? has anyone done the hybrid ?

    I have both. I've never really invested a lot in Turbofire though. the workouts are too long for my taste. i do mostly the HIITs once in a while. I'm in the second month of Chalean Extreme and I LOVE it. At first, I was following the schedule, but now I just do the "cicuits" every other day and I skip the burn intervals, burn it off and abs workouts. I see more results with lifting heavy for 30-40 min than just doing cardio for an hour with Turbofire. On Turbofire, there is also some workouts with resistance bands. It's fine, but I don't think it's good to mix it with Chalean Extreme as you don't want to overtrain the same muscles groups everyday. You need a "day off" between weight lifting sessions to let the muscles repair themselves. So, in between, I do Brazil Butt Lift or I run or walk or just go shopping, lol!
