"GNC AMP Wheybolic Extreme 60" states to consume POST workout while "GNC AMP Wheybolic Extreme 60 Strength" states to consume PRE workout. Why would they be different? They are basically the same product but the "strength" has some extras in it.
I workout (cardio then weights) first thing in morning and then afterwards do a meal replacement shake and add extra protein to get about 45 grams total. Open to suggestions.

They're different because GNC wants to trick you into thinking it matters. Therefore, they might be able to sell two protein powders/shakes that you most likely don't need.0
