I agree. Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVD's are great. They are easy to follow and the workouts are mixed up so each one is a little different. I have a lot of her DVD's, but the one I love the most is The Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan. It's one of her newer ones from 2012. There is a different walk for each day of the week and you can customize it to fit your needs and time.0
