Only my first week, but feeling discouraged.

I KNOW this is only my first week. I know that. But, I feel like I haven't been doing well. I stay under my calories everyday. Eat right. But, I only got to exercise one night this week. Between work and kids, it's hard to fit that in. I'm not giving up, I just feel crappy. It has to get easier, right?! I can do this, I know I can!

Can you work out with your kids? Mine are 7, 5, and 1 and we do calisthenics every morning for ~20 mins before work/school.
I don't think it gets easier, but you get used to the suck and raise the bar on your goals.
