Dry fruit wouldn't be my first choice.

Plan on snacks. Cut up a bunch of veggies.....nosh on these. Low calorie, lots of fiber and micronutrients.

    Cheese sticks....protein and fat.

Nuts.....healthy fat and some protein. Perhaps you can mix a bit of dry fruit & nuts....make a nice trail mix.

If my breakfast is filling (protein, fat & fiber).....I can get thru to lunchtime without snacking. Midafternoon, I pack a piece of fruit. I typically have tea (caffeine) and fruit.

I get five minutes break per hour whilst singing teaching, and I still manage to get my meals in. Tupperware.

I just save them all for dinner and/or dessert...but that is just me..

I usually crush a pretty large breakfast when bulking...bagel, four eggs, four egg whites, bacon, etc..

Peanut M and M's add up really fast and are easily kept at the desk.

I pack all my food- it's rare that I can't grab a bite unless i'm between/on my way to and from meetings.

pack snacks- and you'll be able to eat snacks.

I carry a 6 pack bag packed full of everything I need to get through the day at work. Fruit, nuts and protein/green shakes are my go to snacks. Or like Springfield said, invest in some Tupperware.

Will dried fruit help with what?

Plan and prepare your food the night before (or in the morning). If you don't get a proper break, plan grazing foods or finger food type things you can munch on. Vegie sticks and dip, meatballs, meat skewers, hb eggs, pre made wraps or sandwiches, pots of yoghurt, egg muffins/frittata, tins of fish, nuts etc.

Make smoothies with greens, a bit of fruit, protein powder and nut butter or avocado to drink whilst you work.

I simply don't have time to eat during office hours!
I eat in the mornings, and then in the evenings. I'm usually so busy I can only manage drinks, so I try to have at least a protein/oat shake sometimes.
