Hiya, my name is Saralyn. I started back up again for the 4th or 5th time ( I probably lost count...) in January - lost some weight then slacked off until now since I tend to fight with B.E.D (Binge Eating Disorder) while also struggling with anxiety and depression. I need to lose 102lbs to reach my goal weight, if I feel I should lose more after reaching this goal it will be reevaluated. I love video games, anime, zombies and writing. Feel free to add me or talk to me. :)
  1. Four years ago I started at 255lbs and managed to get down to 216lbs.
  2. Three years ago I started college and put the weight back on, at some point I reached 297lbs, my highest. :s
  3. The beginning of January I was 292lbs and now I'm currently 277lbs.

Thanks for reading. <3

I feel your struggle. I have lost 40-60lbs several times in my life and then I rrebound. My highest weight was 321, and. I am currently 292. I am 27, and struggle with high blood pressure, and may have a diabetes diagnosis coming. I've been struggling to get start again, but I'm back on the weight loss wagon as of this week! Good luck to you, I hope we can give each other some support.

I recently found out my biological father developed diabetes, and his mother had diabetes before she passed. I'm trying to get my act together because I know it's coming for me. :s
