I have been doing this now for 20 days. I walk daily and have only exceeded in my sugars and fats one day and by 4-8 points. im always 300-400 under my calorie intake daily and the weight is is dropping, but not as quickly as I feel it should be. what am I doing wrong here?

How much weight have you lost and how much do you think you should be losing?0

That's a really loaded question . . . first off, as the above person mentioned how much have you lost? How much did you want to lose?
Further, when you say you're eating under your goal by 3-400 every day - are you sure? Do you weigh your food out? If you don't, you cannot say for sure you're eating under by that much. Also, people tend to - note TEND TO - grossly underestimate what they're consuming and grossly over estimate how much they burn when exercising. Not saying this is you for sure, but just something to note.0 -
My guess is that your expectations are too high.0
