Squat was 3x10x135 at age 18-19 I think.
Deadlifts was I have no clue what my starting weight was or when I started to deadlift.

I started at the age of 40 with an empty bar so it would of been 10kg or 22lbs. I've have got a lot stronger in the last 2 years but for me it's not about how much I can lift, it's about how much I can lift whilst holding form and time under pressure.

Im not entirely sure but if i had to estimate id say 135 bench, 185 squat, and 225 dead.

The 45-lb bar for squats, which I could barely handle. I think we threw a couple 5-lb plates on said bar and raised it up a bit for my first deadlift. Whee. Bench, I think I had to use 15-lb dumbbells because I couldn't bench the bar. Started at age 52.

Three and a half years ago. Bench started with the bar. Squats and deads took six months to develop enough pelvic stability to handle the bar.
