how do I log exercises?

Sorry.. hope this makes sense when ive done my 30 day shred dvd how do log the exercises that ive done as its mixed?

    You can log it under circuit training.

    MFP uses general categories because calorie burns are general estimates (often generous). If you want a calorie burn estimate log your exercise under cardiovascular.

    Because 30 DS is a combination of cardio & strength use circuit training. For other DVDs use a fitness DVD site to find your DVDs general category.
