I work 14 hours construction 6 days a week. To maintain my weight at my height and activity level, I have to eat around 2,200 calories.

Invest in a heart rate monitor that tells you your calorie burn. You can wear it during work. But I don't count my job as exercise. Those calories are already in your calculated activity level.

Since your work is your daily life it should be in your activity level and not exercise.
So lightly active at the minimum. Perhaps even moderatly active.
