Jan 2012 vs March 2015 (I can't remember)
Dec 2011 (not the greatest full body pic, but I was avoiding camera's like they would steal my soul at the time)

this is a during picture...still have some weight to go but finally back at a normal BMI. congrats to everyone and keep up the awesome work. and if you fall off the wagon (or in my case get hurt and fall off the wagon during the process) then just get back on!!

No after yet. This is during. Top left was 3 mos. ago, lower left was 2 months ago and right is a couple weeks ago. Set a 1 year goal to get to where I want to be.0 -

96 pounds in total, slowly lost over 2.5 years. No such thing as after (although hoping for a qualified Boston marathon pic at 145lb in 2 years).

Started losing in January of this year at about 180, weighed in yesterday at 151. Now working on strength training to lose some body fat.
